Hey does anyone know how to find the system maps? (The maps for skimish that the game came with)

Disk 1 > Data 1 > Maps.big

Or, the Maps.big in the Command and Conquer Generals directory if you have the game installed.

C:/Program Files/EA Games/Command & Conquer Generals/Maps.big

To extract the maps, you will need to use a .big extractor. I recommend using FinalBIG .

BTW THERE ARE ALSO CAMPAIGN MAPS IN THERE I THINK SO BE CAREFUL WHICH ONES YOU MODIFY

You are free to modify any maps in the .BIG file, as long as you extract them into a safe folder first and don't compress it back into the .BIG file. It is highly recommended that you leave the .BIG files untouched and only extract the things you need. .BIG files should not be modified in anyway to ensure that the game will be running correctly.
