So I installed Contra and Rise of the Reds... Put the installation files into a .zip and extracted them both. Okay, cool, both ready to roll. Then I click 'Play now' and both of them just launch the regular Zero Hour...

Am I doing something wrong?

have you fixed it yet, i imagine that all you have to do is double click the name of the mod when it is under ready to play, then it should just launch

did you make sure that the zero hour section under ready to play had not been highlited

I'm trying the ModToaster again today. I'm so dead sick of Contra, I'm finally going to try something else. Maybe RoR.
