how can i use the world-creator?

Theres an official Worldbuilder tutorial hosted here on cncgeneralsworld. Go to teh home page(not the forums), than select "downloads" followed by "Misc". It will be the first thing on the second page. It requires Adobe Acrobat to read it, but it contains most of the things you need to create a map.
