So, this is the situation.

What I'm working on is a relatively small 4 player map, which would mostly be played as a 2 player map but since there are 4 flat spots I'm adding player starts to them.

From the two pictures you can see the layout of the map. The question is whether or not I should make ramp that leads up the steep cliff in the 2nd picture. All teams have a way of getting up that cliff (Motorbikes, Chinhooks and Helixes), but if one team secures the spot they can bomb the whole base at the bottom with artillery.

Please keep in mind that the map is still mainly meant for 2 player games.

I guess I'll make this a poll: Ramp or no ramp?

:D I can't find the button to make this a poll. Well, nevertheless let me hear what you think would be the best for the gameplay.

That's a hard question actually... because it seems like all of the corners have 2 main entrences. If you add a third to only that corner then the map would be unbalanced.
Maybe redo it so EVERY corner has 3 entrences? Then you could make this ridge into a ramp.

Put 2 wide bridges going over the top of the main entrance route, and the map will be fine.

I actually have 1 bridge there, it just doesn't show because the picture is without all the objects. Just 1 bridge though since, as I said, it's fairly small.

I think I'll keep it this way. Even if you were to play it with 4 players I still recommend it to be played 2 vs 2, not 1 vs 1 vs 1 vs 1.
