when i reviewed the facts on All Stars i noticed the makers did not include the Capture Building Upgrade for the Generals Elite. if they did it on purpose i would like to know why. or maybe they just forgot. the mod is still in the early stages, so your not supposed to know about every little detail. i was just reminding you guys.

I used to go the beach and build sand castles out of cement and watch as kids come and try to kick them over.

Actually, it was always there. It was just under the "Commonon to All Sides" heading...that means that all sides have it and share the same parameters (price, etc).
