Here, I use WinRAR:

This is a trial version though 😠 only works for 40 days. I like to use WinZIP more so I just install it whenever I need to download a file & then uninstall after extracting. This prevents the trail from expiring. Although this may seem unethical, I don't use the program for anything else.
Anyway for a symmetrical map, the scenery looks great! But the water would look better if it was shallow, then the ground below it would be seen a little, making it look more realistic.
As for the game play, I think you should make the human players an enemy to PlyrCivilian as well, not just having PlyrCivilian consider the human players an enemies. I know you made all the units targetable, but this will allow the human players' units to auto acquire the enemies. But instead of using PlyrCivilian, I'd create a new player in the Player List (as the civilian faction) that contains all the combat units in the middle of the map so that the players' units don't go attacking scenic buildings. Also, giving that new player a black color will make it so that the human players can tell that their not friendly.
Also, you've got a lot of unnecessary players already created in the player list. (They get created when you add a faction building in the map.) Delete those because if a host of your map puts in computer players, the game will end at game start with the victory logo. I know your map in No Money, but you never know what some player might do with you map.
All in all, it's great! It's nice to see that a map is going online using this newly discovered player0-7 thing.
