Hi,

I want to move the "Satellite Hack 1" and "Satellite Hack 2" upgrade from Internet Center to Propaganda Center (Slot 9) for all chinese generals.

Changes can be made via .ini or scripting.

I already moved the buttons via scripting, I can purchase both upgrades in propaganda center but for them to work I still have to build the internet center.

So is there a way to move these upgrades to propaganda center and make them work without having to build the internet center?

Ideally, the satellite hack 2 upgrade should only be purchasable after the satellite hack 1 upgrade has been bought.

I guess the prerequisites for both upgrades have to be changed?
