Can You Now How to Fix this?
-I found some bad things like some trees cant be previewed (worldbuilder)
-Some New Buildings had blue bones which is seen if garrisoned
-Fire Base Firing adjustment animation - not good , not realistic when he fire

Trees can't be previewed, you have to place them down and delete untill you find the one you wanted.

Can you share some screenshots of the buildings and the firebase? I dont know what you mean.

I don't know of a way to fix the fire base weird firing animation. So what buildings show the blue bones?

Well, I've just fixed the firebase thing...

Map.ini
Object GenericTankShell

    FlightPathAdjustDistPerSecond   = 0 ; Can allow a max speed this can attempt to follow a target. Units are their velocity we can tag.

As an advice, when you want to change something for a unit, remember if there any units which might help you. I took some time to search for the nuke launcher's projectile, went to weaponobjects.ini and found that the fire base uses the generic tank shell, it'd be odd for tanks to fire like this.
I don't know why they didn't make another weapon object to make the fire base fire like a nuke cannon.

Don't do that, It'll affect a lot of tanks.

The reason why the firebase is like that is because it has a set firing angle. It's bothersome I know but if you're willing to fix it with a mod replace the GenericTankShell so that it uses with a unique one that has a significant difference between two bezier control points(FirstHeight and SecondHeight).

FirstHeight- starting height
SecondHeight - destination height

you will see blue boxes ... I am sure those where bones but somethings wrong they are being seen INgame and they are not working properly ... the unit that garrison it still not shot at bones where positioned

Those bones were problably supost to be firepoints. And I don't think there's a way to fix it with code, you'd have to modify the model.
