Could you please guys tell me how can I create those control bars and description labels ?
I think those which appear when you hover the mouse over a command button.

where can I find, edit or create new ones of them ? and please what programs do I need to ?


Another question is when I edit something like this it shows me "missing" in game.

You need to edit General.csf file. Open that file with csf editor.

Add those name in and you will be able to see your own in the game
