The title basically says it all.
Just wondering if I can make any certain unit in Worldbuilder
non selectable, and just if I could make a unit unable to move.

Try monkeying around with these checkboxes the arrow is pointing at.

The checkboxes alone won't do it for making stuff selectable/unselectable, though. You'll need a map.ini for that.
