I am looking for the way, how can i add any picture or image in generals map with world builder.
Cab I do it? If anybody know about it, Please help me.............

You can't upload a picture from your computer into a generals map.

Not quite sure what you mean, GamElaR.
Custom radar picture?
Custom map preview?

Or this?

As shown in this map you can draw pictures by yourself with textures... but the resolution is very low and it takes forever..

As Mix said, you can DRAW with the textures. Or have a custom map preview (but it will be spread or swished into the dimensions of the map). But you can't upload one into a map directly. Can't be done. Sorry. 😞
