If you use this one here , it should apply the same. Just make sure your .tga files are in the Art\Textures directory as mentioned by CommieDog. That's how I skinned my Blackhawk.

The actual model looks a lot nicer, that one is just poly'd to all hell so that Zero Hour won't drop frames when they fly around... I attached a screenshot of the original.

I could always design you a turret, and you could import it, if you'd like. I don't design my stuff in Renx, I have a different program called Rhino, and it's way easier to model in that program. Conversely, you could always just pull the turret from the quad cannon and use that!

Is the flak boat going to be your own model, or built off of the chassis of the GLA boat? I'm eager to see it when it's done!

Do you know what is wrong with your pc? When you say it won't start, do you mean when you press the power button, fans won't turn on or anything? Does it just not POST? Or does it fail when loading windows?

Doesnt start and a friggin green light starts to flash in the back end but it does nothing when pressing the power button

Sounds almost like your PSU is the issue. Do you have a spare power supply you can try?

Otherwise, all I can really advise is to google it. You'll get way better instructions there than from a couple of guys on a forum. It's really easy to do, as long as you have a spare desktop lying around.

Just make sure you tell them not to wipe the hard drive without your permission. I would have them make a backup as well, just in case.

Back on the topic of modding, if anybody is making aircraft, I highly recommend making the blades of a chopper taper out (see the comanche .w3d). It makes the animation and shadow look better in game, and makes screenshots look much more real. On this topic though, does anybody know how to make transparent textures? Because I tried to apply a circular gradient texture that goes from black to transparent, and it only appears as black on the model and in-game. Ideas?

Its comps not fixed i just fused it with my other one that keeps getting a blue srceen.(it has been getting it before i installed anything off my other comp) so i can work a little. ill look at the blades texture after a while and tell u
