How do I extract files using WrathED and then convert them in XML files ?

WrathED has an Extract option but it extracts it as a manifest file but I need the file as XML.

I did try to change the file to xml but it comes out encrypted.

I need the Alien,GDI & Nod FX_List files which are not in the Kanes' Wrath Reloaded mod source code.

If anyone can then pleas extract the Kane's Wrath GlobalData folder into xml and post a link to it...thanks.
