The Picture explains my problem.

Yes, I did save everything.

And yes, it is the correct directory, otherwise it wouldn't be at the middle of the list.

And yes, yes, those are two different Generals Folders.

Death Label:
Reduced back to 3 main factions(and a couple of extras).
Each faction can choose a(or all of them) tech-tree via General's Powers.
Angel Wings: Jets and Anti-Air, Helicopters and Missiles, Hovercraft and Lasers
Red Skulls: Armor Division, Mecha Armada, Drone Swarm
Earth's Saviors: Air Raid, Homeworld Security, Stealth

Have you tried to see if it still works when the model is not placed into the .big file?

Personally I don't know what's up.
But darn.

What I did next was to import them AGAIN into w3ds.
Then, Put them in the .big files.
And replace all model tags again.

And it worked for some reason. I don't know what I did differently other than naming the models differently.

I'm going to add '[FIXED]' to the title. But till then I'll try to experiment if there is such a pattern for this phenomenon.
