Do you see any error message when you start world builder?

You can look in the file ReleaseCrashInfo.txt in C:\Users\****\Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data and post the error message here

Easier to find:
Read carefully what the error says.
It usually gives 2-3 errors (if you ignore each).
One of them tells you EXACTLY where the mistake is, for example:
[LINE 1026] "PATH TO A SPECIFIC FILE.ini HERE". You open that file in notepad, turn word wrap OFF go ctrl+g, type in the line, and voila, there's your error. WB alone is much more accurate alone than with all that crashinfo crap.
