my red alert 3 works but when i downloaded this patch-english 1.0.12 and always when i run the game after i downloaded the patch it shows me this

i pressed done.... done ... done it shows again and again
before i download the patch it works fine but i need this patch for world builder
so please help

I recommend contacting EA support. EA may for some reason believe your product registration key is invalid.
