Anyone know how to get the AI to build a created tank?

The AI is actually a bunch of scripts that is auto-loaded when the game starts. You'll need to modify these scripts to have the AI build things that aren't originally in the game.

Where do you find these scripts?

The file is [Zero Hour]/Data/Scripts/SkirmishScripts.scb. You can edit it in WorldBuilder.

How would I add my tank to the game through the scripts though?

That's where things get tricky. You need to script exactly when your tank appears. Take a look at the scripts to see if you can figure it out.

Once you've loaded the scripts look at the teams in the faction you want and modify those teams to build the tanks that interest you

If it's something simple, I generally just use buildvariations.
