Hi can anyone please tell me how to install the maps I have downloaded for red alert 3...I am all new to this.

Hi Shane & Welcome to the forums..
Most good RA3 Maps should have an Author's readme.txt in the .zip file when you download it.. normally instructions are in there.. probably something like...

Extract the archive (.zip/rar file) to the following folder:

Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Red Alert 3\Maps\

The map should then show up in your Skirmish Map List when you start the game.
