Is it possible to scale other things besides objects, like say particle systems?
I'm trying to think of a way to shrink the nuclear blasts of some weapons...

You can do that in ParticleSystem.ini, but you'll have to learn that for yourself, because I've never had the patience to learn it.

You mean the only way is to manually retype all the particle fx parameters? I thought maybe it might be possible to just type Scale = 0.85 somewhere, and it would rescale the whole effect.
