Hello guys! I've returned to worldbuilder after a year and lost a lot of my memory on it.

Anyways, what I am trying to do is have the player control a team right from the beginning. I don't need them to pick a spot on a map (player starting position). I just need them to control one team and that's it. I have problems with this. First, whenever I try to do it the HUD is Chinese (I need it to be GLA) and all the units on the team are Chinas colour, red. I need them to be green. Also, what would this team be called? For example, I want to make it if the player attacks another team that team becomes hostile, but that didn't work either!

Hope you can help me.

You're not going to have much luck transferring teams but named units is easy. Basically you say, Unit "unitx" is transferred to the command of Player 'player0'. Check out this tutorial .

Thanks! But I spent all night on it and found out how. I just made another player and set it as player controlled.

As for the hostile teams, I made it easy by making the team think of the player as an enemy but the player being neutral towards them. I just put them all on sleep and passive mood and made a script that changes them to agressive when attacked.

Oh, I thought you were making a skirmish map because you mentioned start position. Sure for missions you can transfer another player's team over to you. Glad you got it working.
