How to I make the countdown timer shorter for say like the spectre gun ship or the MOAB or even make it down to 0?
I have Final Big and all, i just dont know what file to edit for that.

Okay i messed around with that file before and changed the reload time = to 1 and then changed to 0 and neither of those seemed to do anything at all. What am i doing wrong?

Well these are the likely problems:

SuperweaponMOAB is obsolete. SuperweaponDaisyCutter is the correct one.

And SuperweaponSpectreGunship is for USA and laser, whereas AirF_SuperweaponSpectreGunship is for AFG and SWG IIRC.

You could also have the INI files in the wrong place.

Plus, I'd suggest setting the drop to 1000 (1 second), not 1 or 0, just in case the AI uses it.

One other question...How can I change building times for buildings and units? Is there a quick way or do I gotta find where all of them are and change them to like 1?

You might be able to make everything build faster by decreasing the BuildSpeed value in GameData.ini.
