I really like some of the models and think they should be in the game. Each one with it's proper team, have the proper picture, have it's original name, and if they don't have a team, just make it available in world builder.

I would also like too add a few extra features.
this list of mainly all the chances with the addition of the beta stuff and only a few things i want.

Some examples are:
General Granger has Advanced Patriot Missle

Give the general Granger the white Alpha Aurora and it has the same picture and also uses the fuel-air bomb and rename it to Fuel-Air Aurora,

the Super Weapon General's Alpha Aurora instead doesn't have a fuel air bomb, but goes twice as fast as a normal Aurora, it will also be renamed Hypersonic Aurora,

and because she can't upgrade composite armor, she can upgrade air-burst munition which gives her Alpha Aurora the same attack power and splash range as General Granger, but a lot more actuate for the explosion is immediate.

And her battle drones are replaced with point defense drones.

The Super Weapon's Ambulance is replaced with the Engineer.

China has a more armored, more accurate then the GLA's rocket buggy.

China and USA get predators.

USA get's another team, staring a new colour, Desert camo. brown! also the brown crusader can be upgraded to fly.

random speech files for upgrades.

Generals Towns gets laser rangers, Comanches, Hum V's, Paladins, Stealth Fighters, and Burton.

Paladins have proper PDLs.

Combat bikes fall over but don't die, then becomes neutral and can have anyone drive it, ANYONE!

One of the USA generals can set there Stealth Fighters to drop medical supplies.

GC generals have different CC than campaign and skirmish Generals

A Scud storm owned by a USA general has a USA flag and can't use toxins or extra explosive if it's Juhziz's, (so without both it's practically useless)and can be upgraded to tomahawk storm.

The Mammoth tank is usable in worldbuilder and it's skin is that of it's debris.

All sides have POW trucks.

USA POW truck has a gun,

all unit's shot by a POW truck fall down but don't die or take damage, once run over by a POW truck while on the ground, are picked up and can be held for ransom.

The passengers in a POW truck are killed if it's destroyed.

The Thunderbolt (microwave tank) has a 50/50 of having a radar dish on the front, if it does will determine it's picture, the dish however, does nothing.

The thunderbolt has to close and open it's emitter.

The China Wall section has four sides, not 2 and 2 holes.

The Chinese Agent isn't dressed like a ranger but can disguise itself as any infantry, he can use clippers to disable vehicles and defenses for a short time, and will spend 10 seconds in a supply stash then come out with a money symbol over his head, however stealing money will take away his disguise.

General Tau can upgrade his tank hunters to nuke hunters from the 1 star general promotion list.

General Tau's General power artillery only have level one but each round has a mini nuke.

General Tau can purchases the general power "Radiation Bomb". The explosion itself will only kill infantry, the radiation does the rest.

Gen Tau can purchase the gen. Power "Plutonium Bomb" which is the explodes as the MOAB and Nuke silo death at the same time. the radiation field is large.

Tau can get the Gen. Pow. "Neutron Tank Rounds" which then can be purchased at the Nuke silo.

The ECM tank is called the Banshee.

Partisans have animations and can actually shoot.

Tech Radio stations reveal all enemy positions, not enemy buildings.

One player can't tell if another player has units in a cave and his will all die when they enter, but scouts can detect units inside and anyone who enters then will survive and the occupants will die.

Maybe its just me, but it kinda sounds like your asking a whole lot from people without doing to much yourself. FYI, there is several mods out and around that expose tonnes of unused material, and on top of that , its fully possible for *YOU* to make this mod happen by beginning your own mod. I am just guessing, but i would think its pretty unlikely anyone is just going to make you a full mod, especially without you doing any of the work.

PS : Not trying to sound like an ass, mostly just giving you advice.

most of the stuff i wrote down is of what Zero hour could have been, I'm actually asking for very little original (as in my own) work. like getting off the bike and someone else can use it. that's one thing i want in and is not part of beta Zero Hour.

I realise that most of these features are *within* the games content already, just not triggered. But what im saying is, you should begin making this stuff happen on your own... than when you come against an issue, come and post about the issue, because as is, im sure no one is going to just whip you up a full mod of all the requests you have laid down.

i was told that to get make them available, you have to add them by modding.
and i don't know squat about how generals is put together.

But** , you are at a modding forum, the idea being that you would like to at least learn about modding the game. Its really not that hard, start by doing a couple simple tutorials, and from there grow into the more advanced stuff.

As an example , pick up final big, and open up the INIZH.big file, inside this file you will see a few key files that are great start places to edit and get to know the ini system a little bit.

INI files such as americavehicle.ini , americainfantry.ini , chinavehicle.ini , chinainfantry.ini and so on.

These files will present alot of stuff that you may not understand right away, but they also contain alot of things that are very obvious in nature, and easy to edit. Its safe to assume that you will ntt make much sense of all the model states and alias conditionstates, but you can skip past all that right to the cool stuff found within the *** design parameteres ** of each object.

For eg : inside the chinavehicle.ini use the edit menu and search for *ChinaVehicleDozer*. As soon as you have located the correct object, do another search for *design parameters*. This will take you directly to the section which contains things like BuildCost, BuildTime etc. Simple things to learn and play with to start, than move forward. There is definately no shortage of modding articles out there. And if your attempting to mod stuff , you will most likely get more assistance than just asking for someone to do it all for you.

Hope this gets you started in the right direction. 😃

PS how do i add images to this post? I have the images on photo bucket. ( <- Outdated Question)

I will ask a question for everything i don't understand and want to do, OK? so until i understand what I'm doing i will need some help.

Well, i have actually never heard of a model having a percentage chance of being one model or another. I would have to look into that one myself. However , the second part of your question is very straight forward to accomplish.

In the Microwave tanks code, find this entry in the design parameters....

DisplayName = OBJECT:*********

Simply change the entry to this .....

DisplayName = OBJECT:Thunderbolt

Next , you need to edit the Generals.csf file. You can do this by getting a copy if CSF Editor. Open the csf file and locate the OBJECT Section entries. Use the edit menu to insert a new *OBJECT* entry and set its value to Thunderbolt.

I will investigate the dual model thing when i get a chance, but i really couldnt tell you when that will be. Best of luck.

Technical code contains object reskins .... but doesnt it always build as the first skin?

Is this what the China supply center image is supposed to look like? UserPostedImage I'm pretty sure it's not.
