I'm new to this so how?

I made a mission, want some enemy tanks to paradrop from a cargo plane into the player's territory after a timer but I don't know how to paradrop tanks or infantry without a science.

You can't paradrop tanks without a mod (because there are no planes autoequipped with large parachutes AFAIK), but you can just drop them out of a plane and hope they don't die.

You go to Edit>Edit Teams...>Add New Team>Reinforcement

Then check the 'Deploy by' check box and choose the transport that you wish to drop it in the drop down list. You may wish to create a waypoint off map for the 'Start team or transports at waypoint' so that the plane doesn't just appear above the drop point. When you want to paradrop, spawn the team with a script and it'll automatically be paradropped.

Sure any of these. Just the "deploy by" feature in the team section.

Spawn the team with a script. Wherever you spawn it is where it will be paradropped.
