This can be done with a map.ini file placed in your map folder. As you might know, this will only work for a player who has the map. This copy, made by Me Myself and Pi, has a readme file explaining how to adjust the variables.   OilDerreckINIbyPi.zip (2kb) downloaded 5 time(s).

You may also consider modifying the game globally through the use of the FactionBuilding.ini, found in:

Game Directory/INI.big/FactionBuilding.ini

Of course, modifying the derricks to give an increased amount of cash may work to your enemies advantage if they were to capture one.
