How Can i change the size of my map border so i have more room on the map plz

You can change the map size by going to File and selecting "Resize Map". The anchor squares at the bottom will "Hold" where your current map will be in relation to the resize. So for example you wanted more added to the right side of your map, use the left anchor square.
Keep in mind that you are only changing the map boundary line and you will also need to resize the active border. See if this section  in the Maps Staff Journal will help.
