I've never installed a mod for Tiberium Wars before but is there any way to easily install it without having to wait 4 hours or longer? Because I have a limit of playing my PC only for 1 HOUR 😞

You can install a mod without downloading the Mod SDK. The Mod SDK is only for if you are creating a mod yourself.
