Yeah, when I said "So & So" & meant just any timer. In your case, the timer you need to use is, "sea". Right now, you just have timer, "520" to expire. You can't define how long a timer should be in the condition,
[Scripting] Timer expired. You've already set the timer, "sea" to expire, so that will work for that script. The script should then look like this:
*** IF ***
Timer 'sea' has expired.
*** THEN ***
Command button: 'Command_ConstructAmericaVehicleChinook' is added to all objects of type 'AmericaVehicleChinook' in slot number 1 (1-12).
& then it should work.
Also, it's not recommended adding skirmish players to a no rushing map. I've found (in Zero Hour at least) that the computer continually tries to cross the water. For each unit, it search every possible to path it might be able to take, but since it's all blocked, the game will freeze for about a second as it computes a path to get to the other side. After that second, it gives up & sends the unit to the closes place to the other side. But it won't stop trying to go to the other side. This lag will be very annoying.
On more thing, in you map, you've got a player,
PlyrChina in the Player List. If you did put a Chinese computer player in the game, the victory window will come up & end the game. So go to the
Player List remove it.
