OBS: My game is the Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection Digital Download Origin (No Pirate).

OS: Windows 8.1 up to date.
HD 6950 Modded 6970
8gb Ram

I was reading this topic:

And I have the same issue, however, even in the fast game speed, it's not normal that AI take too much time to build thing, as they were in very very easy mode ans it's not, they are in brutal!.

They don't rush as in other games like Zero Hour, if I play zero hour in brutal, and stay there, I will be wiped out in seconds! but here is different, they stay there, building slowly and don't rush to attack the enemy.


There is some way I can fix it?
