Updating the newspost from earlier, the
official site has relaunched--you can now sign up for your C&C 3 account. Sign up for an EA.com account, and when you go to view the C&C 3 forums, it will ask you for a screenname, which will be your name for all C&C 3 related things, including online play.

FilePlanet and from the
