Carl, from Carl's Guides.com has written an excellent walkthrough of Command and Conquer Generals. It has details for every USA, China, and GLA mission, as well as tips for all three sides. It's a good guide, and pretty factually accurate, too. If anything, it seems to be geared towards the person who plays single-player a bit more than the online player, but as most people here tend to play single-player, that might be a good thing.
