After I install The Power of High-Tech Warfare version 0.9 .
I have general version 1.08 and zero hour version 1.04.
when I choose the new faction there is nothing only smoking.what I do next ?

i don't have the mod but if nothing happens why don't you just wait a litte? or have you tried do something from that smoke?

wait for 18 minute until enemy build nuclear missile notting happen , I try to press every botton ant at the smoke . The mod owner please answer me .

Left click once anywhere on the screen. Then click those dummy buttons in the side bar. If you dont have those buttons make sure you set (i.e. instead of 50.000$ you shall 50.012 or something thats available). Those money settings are relevant for the game mode you want to play against AI.
