I have enabled the upgrade and it upgrades just fine, but the problem is that I dont know how to make the laser pod from the laser humvee to show on the abrams m9e turret??????????????????????????????????????Help me, please.

If you mean something like the TOW missile launcher appearing on the turret, you're gonna need to modify some 3D models for that...
