1.) I just wanted to ask that are SCUD Storm found only in GLA units ??? As they cause heavy damage wen i play against them in "Brutal Army" mode...
2.) Does the USA faction has only the "Tomahawk" Missiles in reply to the SCUD Storm of GLA for heavy damage?
3.) I have the Original CnC, how can i make it work on my WIN XP Professional edition ?? Please give links (if any) for the same..
4.) The enemy AI is easy to beat even in "Brutal Army" mode, How can i Increase the difficulty ?? Please, if there are any patches, then giv me links...

These kinds of questions are very easy to figure out , you just need to play and play.
1. Scud Storm is a GLA structure , it is a superweapon ; it haves no conncection with usa tomakawk missiles , usa's superweapon is particle cannon ; each faction haves its long range units , GLA scud launcher , usa tomahawk , china nuke cannon : scud storm and scud launcher ,both uses scud missiles, but there is a great difference between them. answer to all is in the game it self.
the Generals is for Win XP , whats wrong , what other cnc did you mean then.
there is a 1.08(or 1.8) patch for generals and 1.04 (or 1.4) for Generals Zero Hour , the game offers easy , medium , hard or brutal AI , nothing else , also the AI is much improved with the latest patches |

But how can I know wich version of CnC Generals am i having ?? please tell me... as only then I can install Mods..
By other CnC I meant the Very First CnC Game wich was released in 1995 and wich was for WIN 95 |

When you install any game it is always in 1.0 version , also do not mix word "version" with "edition" as they dont mean the same. about the mods , you should have the latest patch or the mod preview would note which patch to use oh yes, the original command and conquer is offically free online at www.commandandconquer.com , along there are instructions how to install it on XP. you would need to search a little , beacuse it is mainly a offical Tiberium wars site. |
