I cant connect to any games or make my own proble

Everytime i join a game it loads up the screen with the people that are on it but my name isnt in any of the tabs which say open, so i cant choose an army or anything. Then after a few seconds it goes back to the lobby and says "the host left the game. C&C generals will continue" and this happens repeatedly and so i cant connect to a game. Also when i create a game everytime someone joins it kicks them off in a few seconds.. anyone have any ideas whats wrong?? im really stuk.[:-grumpy]

Go through the EA Tech Support. They might have a solution to your problem.
