Disable Superweapons for the Red Alert MOD

Has anyone created a MOD/patch that disables the superweapons for the Red Alert mod? Can I make edits to the BIG file? or would I have to make individual edits to the maps? Similar to Generals?? How do I do this? Any help on this would be great and much appreciated. I'm a turtle. I like taking my time - superweapons for me is just a matter of clicking as fast as you can to obtain the nuke. Well. If you go editing INI Files... Then you basically just remove the buttons to build them. You don't have to tamper with object codes. Otherwise, have fun being Nuke'd or Nuking. 'er somethin... I'm more of quick-tech Steamroll-type. Edited by user Sunday, February 3, 2013 11:45:01 AM(UTC)

Death Label: Reduced back to 3 main factions(and a couple of extras). Each faction can choose a(or all of them) tech-tree via General's Powers.
