Which file in INIZH.big i must edit ? i want to change USA Ambulance description text, removing it's vehicle repairing text only.

You can use a CSF editor, which are annoying, slow and glitchy.

Alternatively, you can use an STR file:

Hi. Can I use this same file for Generals and not Zero Hour?
