Merry Christmas fellaz...
In the days of the Roman Empire it was called
Saturnalia but it goes back much and much further.
It is in the Sumerian celebration that the next oldest tradition came from, Gift Giving. During their celebrations, the Sumerians held huge parades (Christmas parades anyone), wished good tidings to each other and exchanged gifts. The Greeks adopted the Solstice with celebrations honoring Zeus’s victory over Kronos and the Titans. The Romans also celebrated Saturnalia and their religion of Mithraism. It was the biggest celebration of the year and gift giving was expected from everyone.
The saturnalia started at the 17th of december and lasted for a week, people were drinking, eating and there were a lot of sex orgies...:P
The christians made it christmas and said that Jesus was born on this date although there is no proof whatsoever that Jesus was born on that day, it is not mentioned in the bible or elsewhere.
The Truth is that the Sun(aka Son) dies at the 21/22 of december and seems to stand still for 3 days, the path of the sun is a sinuswave, at the 25th of december the sun is 1 degree further on the path and you can see movement again, hence the resurrection...
The church stole the myth from the Sumerians, Pagans, Egyptians etc and gave it a new name, Christ Mass, Jesus is a Sun God just like Osiris or Ra or Zues or Apollo etc the list is long, there are a lot of mythological Sun Gods who all died, were dead for 3 days and resurrected, It's All about
The Sun, the personalities never were real, its an allegory, a myth...
You can see it on the image below, check were 21 december is
There is a lot more to find but i leave that to peoples own curiousity.
Usually religious people feel the need to attack people who ventilate this stuff but these are Facts and religion is based upon Fiction...
Here is another hint...Jesus was betrayed
Bible wrote:
The Betrayal of Jesus
47While He was still speaking, a crowd arrived, led by the man called Judas, one of the Twelve. He approached Jesus to kiss Him. 48But Jesus asked him, “Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?” 49Those around Jesus saw what was about to happen and said, “Lord, should we strike with our swords?”…
In the Jesus story Jesus is betrayed by Judas, one of the twelve. Judas represents Scorpio(one of the 12 zodiac signs) the scorpion. Scorpio stings the sun condemning it to death, just as Judas kisses Jesus condemning him to death.
How many disciples did Jesus have? and how many months are there in a year, how many signs of the Zodiac?...right 12 with Jesus the Sun(aka Son) in the middle, now take a look at our solar system with the Sun in the center of it, amazing isnt it, facts will always win from fiction although the majority of the believers just love fiction and that is just the way the church wants it...
Became a long story, sorry if i bored you to death...
When i say you it is not you in specific ZHMMM, i talk to the reader...
Ho Ho Ho and a Merry Saturnalia...:P
