Description
This is a Skirmish version of SUPER-G's multiplayer/singleplayer mission "Overlord Quest 2: On the Line." The map has been edited slightly (mountains flattened, buildings moved/added, etc) to make it more suitable for a balanced 1 vs 1 match.

How to install:
Extract all files to: My Documents > C&C Generals Zero Hour data > Maps - save it there, and it will appear in the "unofficial" maps section.

Description

This is a 2v2 top vs bottom map.
There is castle on a mountain in the middle of the map. Left is a valley with a bridge and on the right side there
is a city with a beach. There are oil derricks on the beach for the right side players to fight about. Other tech buildings are a hospital in the city, an artillery platform at the castle
guarding the middle passage and one reinforcement pad for each player on the left side. There is one supply dock for each player and more money on the mountain where the castle is. Occasionally a train passes by so don't get hit by it and don't build on the railway ;)

Description
Terrorists have stopped a rocket transport on its way to the american airbase. You either start at the train carrying the rocket or inside the airbase. In the middle of the map there is a city with some industrial parts. Both players have a big supply pile in in their bases. Oil derricks and additional supplies can be found inside the city parts.

Reviewer Notes: This map is not setup for Skirmish but still plays in that mode. It's tight yet fun to play!

Description
A 4-player map containing a convoy of Nuke Trucks that wraps around every base and expansion. If one is triggered, it will trigger most or all of them to explode. Players must decide whether or not to begin the chain reaction, because it will effect each and every player. Buildings at the edge of each player's base are in danger of being destroyed should the chain reaction begin. Even careful players will be affected, because the Nuke Trucks are placed in such a way that they can destroy every Oil Derrick on the map. So weigh your options and be careful with your choice of weaponry! This map is intended to add a twist to the average gameplay.

From the Author: Face to Face was designed to get the action started right away. There is only one way to the opposing base, so you can focus all your funds into an attack force, instead of defence. Each player has two oil derricks to capture and one supply crate (marked on radar). there is more than enough room to build and the AI attacks fast.

The players start in opposite corners. The Map is separated in six little areas (2x farm land, 2x town, 2x player base), which are split by rivers and mountains.

Specification:
6x Oil Derricks
2x Oil Refineries
2x Hospitals
4x Supply Docks (2x $30000, 2x $20000)
12x Supply Piles (each $3750)

Some additional Features were implemented:
* Higher camera
* Count up (e.g. for a no rush agreement)
* Buildings without exit running parallel to map boundaries
* No super weapons (nuclear upgrades available in Propaganda Center)

Description
From the Author: This map is the ultimate in building-crashing, tower-smashing warfare. The map is divided down the center by a large Middle-Eastern city, which is located atop steep cliffs with only three access routes on either side. With a surplus of supply crates and tech buildings situated in the heart of this dusty metropolis, he who controls the city will almost inevitably dominate the battlefield. I worked very hard on this map to provide players with numerous strategic opportunities. Despite all the advantages that the city provides, trying to remain in control can be quite difficult. The city is littered with countless low-armored towers which, when destroyed, can collapse and single-handedly take down several buildings as well as anything else in its path (such as passing tank division, perhaps?). If a tower is fired upon from the correct angle, one can actually cause a devastating domino-effect of falling towers. (I know, maybe not that realistic, but come on, falling towers are so much fun!) In addition to these unstable spires, other buildings are also carefully placed to provide players with certain tactical advantages (I won't give anything away here; play the level and discover them yourself!). If all else fails and the enemy keeps pushing you back farther and farther, I set aside a small region of the map on each side of the city where players can make a "last stand." Here, rivers provide only a small bottleneck for incoming ground forces to pass through. As long as you have some spare funds, who knows how much havoc your remaining forces can wreak! Just be careful about building too close to those structures with the radiation symbols on the sides... I payed a lot of attention to artistic detail when I created this map. See if you can envision the purpose behind each aesthetic feature; try to picture the struggle U.N. forces are going through as they fight to remain in control of this hostile region.
