There is a way to adjust the campera height for zero hour. But what about the original generals game? I tried to alter the options.ini in my personal folder, but nothing changed.

Is there a way to adjust the camera height for generls (without ZH), too?

Where do I find that option? In the settings menu (ingame), there is no such action (please correct me, if I'm wrong), so there is non in the options.ini nor in the GameData.ini of the ZH patch.

This is a script found in the World Builder script writing section and not an ini MOD. Sorry for not reading you question about modding the game itself. The MOD discussion forum might have an answer for you.
