This is the informaion on CNC LABS that is wrong.

Download and install ANTLR 2.7.7, a required tool. It's highly unlikely that you have it already.

From the folder in which you installed ANTLR, locate the "lib" folder.
Copy the two files named antlr.runtime.dll and antlr.astframe.dll.
Paste these two files into the Tools folder within the Mod SDK, usually located at: C:\Program Files\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\MOD SDK\Tools\



antlr.runtime.dll and antlr.astframe.dll dont exist because I downloaded this program from the offical site and these files are not in there.

There is no setup.exe to install this program, just a lot of folders with files but no dll files at all.

So far I only found antlr.runtime.dll at another site but I cant find the antlr.astframe.dll or anywhere to download it
