Hello.
I found this mod through a mention of it on the Generals Game Patch GitHub repository.
I wanted to try it out but I found out that this mod isn't supported on GenLauncher.
In short: GenLauncher is a mod manager like Vortex, you download a mod and you install it with one button without having to go through a installer or having to replace, modify or move any files manually at all, it's a very convenient and user-friendly program (especially when having multiple mods installed).
If r42 is reading this and I gave him interest in putting AdvancedAI into the launcher, contact DeL#8448 on Discord.
