As you can see in the title, CnCCommunity.net will be open soon. Here's a bit from the announcement on the site:
FOLKESTONE, UK - August 1st, 2003.
After months of planning and preparation the launch of http://www.cnccommunity.net (CnCCom) has been set for Monday August 4th. The launch was delayed due to exams, vacations, layout issues and work constraints, but the layout is finished and the content almost completed so the site is now ready for the final stages of testing.
