For starters, [XF]xOr has sent the latest version of his C&C Generals Map AI Detector to
CNC NZ, so I suggest you pick that up. The new version contains the following changes:
Cleaned up GUI and added a about/help box
Less memory consumption
Made a special WinNT/XP/2000 executable which should be faster (old version also included as Win98 version)
Code has been cleaned up
Added a working progress bar
[XF]xOr also mentioned that he is working on another version which should be able to display more info about the map files like it's size, number of players, how good is the AI?, and the total amount of money on the map.
Sounds like this is turning out to be a rather nifty little application. Keep your eyes peeled the the next version.
Bad news -
CNC Sector appear to be down... again... looks like we'll just have to wait and see what happens with that one.
That sums up the major happenings for now.
CNC Den went down for a short period of time, which caused panic among some, but they are now back up with no problems.
