Many of you have probably heard of or played the popular Zero Hour mod, Mid East Crisis. Recently, the team behind that project announced that they were starting work on a sequel,
MidEast Crisis 2, for the C&C 3 engine. The mod features three factions: the Israeli Defense Forces, UN peacekeepers, and the Guardians of Islam (a collection of Islamic countries). From the looks of it, the mod will feature some innovative use of resources and resource gathering, just like the last version did. Definitely something to keep an eye on.
