CNC Universe has a new article up on what can be expected for C&C 3. It's good, but most of it is pure speculation. Here's a snip:
I doubt we’re going to see super strong heroes in Tiberium Wars. We have seen EALA enjoys a good hero with Burton, Jarmen Kell and Black Lotus in Generals. None of these are quite ‘uber’, however. BFME is mostly tied with the movies, so of course there are going to be heroes and they’re going to be very strong. We’ve already heard that the Commando is coming back. There have also been hints dropped regarding the appearance of ‘Black Hand Storm Troopers’. We should expect to see them as a Nod version of the Commando.
