^^ the image pretty much explains it, it happens after I accept the lisence agreement without reading such, and comes up during the splash.Dead

Hey man,

I was having the same problem. I must admit I do not know very much about Worldbuilder, modifications, or computer programming; however, what I do know is that when I downloaded the patch for C&C 3 (v 1.9) from C&C Labs here it worked just fine. I must also admit that it may not work, but this is what I did.

Try going to the game and upping your graphic settings a bit then exiting the game and loading world builder. I recall getting a message like that when first loading world builder when game graphics were set at low. WB might have some minimum setting requirements. And yes patch the game as General Johnston Green mentioned.
