Tutorial : How to add Rain/Snow Effects in your maps
Steps:

1. Download the Attachment files(Scroll down and you will see it ) and extract the files anywhere

2. Find the import Button in Scripts tab

3. Click plyrcivilian then click import (Import your desired script - rain or snow)

4. Copy your desired map.ini (if you want rain then in copy in the rain folder and so on)
and paste it to your map folder

Additional note: using map.ini files to change weather (default snow or rain codes) does not cause a mismatch when the map is played online.
