I like to play the ZH campaigns every so often.

But the GLA campaign, 2nd map stalls during the intro.

This happen after I installed the AI mod. Everything was fine before the mod.

I have patch 104, and also the 1st decade patch.

I even try putting back the default map from the big file and its still the same.

It stalls when demonstrating the GPS Scrambler power, since the 3 rpg trooper team somehow are not walking to the waypoint where the power is fired.

Maybe it needs an extra script to have them walk? I have no idea on scripting, I tried to give a move script to the team and that did not work.

Can I get help to make the map working again?

The USA campaign works fine even after adding the mod.

That should be enough details I hope.

If everything broke when you installed AI mod, have you tried uninstalling it?

Advanced AI Mod does not change the campaign scripts, but it changes the original INI files, meaning the missions may not work as intended because certain units will behave differently. I have no idea why the RPG Troopers are standing still (I compared their vanilla ZH code with the one in AI Mod - no difference), it's probably somewhere else in the code. Your best bet is to move the AI Mod's files out of the ZH folder when you want to play the campaign.

.... I just said the USA campaign is working fine after installing the mod....

And the China campaign also works fine with the mod.

The mod does not affect campaign or challenge AI, only skirmish AI.

Hrm perhaps would work... just tedious thats all.

When something breaks in your game:
Step 1: Undo the last thing you changed and try again
Step 2: Remove all your mods (either incrementally or all at once) and try again
Step 3: Ask for help

So replaced the modded files with the backup and it works....

It's going to be rather tedious having to replace everytime I want to play the campaigns.

So how to put a script into the map that makes it work again? Tried a move script and it did not work.

I think its strange that the USA and China campaign work with the mod still.

Well , you know , every map has it's own Scripts and CONDITIONS , maybe in your mod a condition was changed somehow and that was the win/loose condition , but in the USA/CHINA Campaigns the condition was different ; but i'm almost certain some original things will always conflict with mods and just don't work . Sometimes they are Small (that we don't feel'em) , Sometimes they are huge.big

Its not win/lose condition, like I said in the 1st post, the intro stalls when demonstrating the GPS scrambler power, because the 3 rpg troopers that are supposed to be stealthed with the power are not moving towards the location where the power is fired.

I'm trying to fix that by adding a move script or just cut out that part completely.

Cutting out the powers intro scripts is harder than it looks...

Deactivated the folder holding all the scripts for that part, then put in all the return UI/control to the player scripts into the part after the patrol buggy gets killed.

But it is still stuck in letterbox mode, I have to look at other maps and see how to exit cinematic mode to play mode.

Add this script: Camera -> Letterbox -> End letterbox mode.

Yes that is already in but it is still stuck on some other cinematic mode. I will see if I can get the scripts uploaded.

Got it working after swapping out a non existent timer that wb didnt catch.... weird when its supposed to verify all scripts before saving.
