Your best bet would be to look through the mods on moddb and see what you can find. If you wanted you could try going through the modding forum here but it's mostly discussions on modding, rather than actual mods people have released. Or you could always see if you can find someone willing to make the mod for you (if you really don't want (or are unable) to yourself). |

It's not quite what you're after, but... My small changes mod gives the superweapon general extra superweapons. The ICBM is really cheap and has a short timer. It's not as powerful as a nuke but with 3 or 4 you can easily dominate. |

I personally think ProGen is one of the best mods out there that stays as close to the original game as. It allows you to play as all 3 boss generals, which is really cool. It also adds cool stuff to the existing generals too. The best part is it's completely open source, which makes it really easy to change stuff you don't like (or add a super OP unit that's invincible). The first thing I did with progen was restore the superweapon timers, it was really annoying to fight without them. Here is a link to the moddb page of the last official version of it. I always install it to my zero hour directory (because I have the origin version) but I'm pretty sure that's not how it was intended to be installed.
