It looks like the BORDER tool in WorldBuilder can only expand the map from the bottom-left corner. Is it possible at all to choose a different corner as its fixed point? I wanted to have more of the map open up to the south if certain events took place in the course of a specific mission, but it looks like I'm only allowed to expand to the north or the west, unless there's something I'm missing. This really throws a wrench in my level design, which I've put a significant amount of time into already. Any advice would be appreciated.

Just select a different anchor in the resize tool.
For example, if you want to expand South, select the North anchor.

Always make a plan before you start your map and if you want to use different borders create them first and test if it al works like you want to before you start to design you whole map, I know that you always get new ideas when you are in the process of creating your map but try to get those ideas before you start the map...;P

Use the map resize tool instead.

Make sure to make a backup of your map beforehand.

(I think you can find it under File-> Resize)

Well , Never Forget to :

* Upload a BACKUP to INTERNET (in a safe site you know) ... King

Reason : Uncool Terrain - Old Logic in use - Lack of Performance
